Anybody else think Lil Wayne is overrated?

In my opinion he is, his songs have no meaning to me, the lyrics
aren't that great and his voice is just awful to me. BQ: how would you
rank the following rappers: TI, Eminem, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne?
