Golden Globe Those who win Arent an unexpected

The 2011 Golden Globe those who win were introduced on Sunday, there were not a lot of surprises within the film groups. Most likely the greatest one was that "My Week with Marilyn" qualifies like a comedy/musical. Not surprisingly, supporting honors visited Christopher Plummer for "Beginners" and Octavia Spencer for "The Assistance,Inch each of whom looked wonderful and gave great speeches. Within the Comedy/Musical category, "The Artist" required best film, using its star Jean Dujardin winning lead actor. Michelle Williams required lead actress honors for "Marilyn." Within the Drama category, "The Descendants" won top honors using its star George Clooney winning Best Actor over fellow hunks Ryan Gosling, Kaira Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio and Michael Fassbender. Best Actress, a neck in neck race between Viola Davis of "The AssistanceInch and Meryl Streep of "The Iron Lady," saw Streep emerge victorious. With what may have been really the only surprises, "Night time In Paris" required screenwriting honors and Martin Scorsese won Best Director for "Hugo." This inflammed me in the beginning, however i figure Scorsese lost for a long time as he must have boy, so I am okay with him winning a couple of now. What exactly does all of this mean for that Academy awards? Very little, really. I suspect the Globes, so that they can seem like they are able to predict the Academy awards, choose who they believe will win the Oscars. This is exactly why early front runners previously like "Babel" and "The Social Networking" took the very best prize, simply to watch it be a waste on Oscar evening. Quite simply, Clooney should not relaxation easy at this time--Pitt's directly on his heels.Other ideas in the evening:Was everybody else as disturbed with that clip of Cecil B. DeMille Award recipient Morgan Freeman singing "I Enjoy Have a Bath Inside A Casket" (above) when i was?I've trouble searching at TV Drama champion Kelsey Grammer since his looks on "The Actual Average women of Beverly Hillsides." The next people didn't look amused by host Ough Gervais: Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and particularly Elton John. And lastly, for me personally, the good thing from the evening: Melissa McCarthy's tears of pleasure for Octavia Spencer winning Best Supporting Actress. Find Out More ON Behind The Curtain
