Can i exchange or return my beats by dre dre?

i bought some iBeats by dr dre at Best Buy about 4 months ago for $110
plus a 2 year warranty ..
i wanted to know if i can upgrade to some Beats By Dre Solo ($200)
plus i add the rest of the money ?
